Letter of invitation

After registration, letters of invitation will be sent to conference participants. The invitation letter will be intended to help participants to process permission as well as request financial support from their employers.

Conference package for 3days

• Local/ African participants (Physicians): 50USD
• Local participants (non-physicians clinicians):30USD
• International participants (outside of Africa): 300USD

Successful candidates will be required to be sent a copy of the proof of the payment via email to the Secretariat to the conference (email to: ) and present a pay in slip upon arrival.
